Alcohol Education (AEP)
Focuses on the dangers of excessive alcohol use and South Carolina’s alcohol laws, with special attention to the risks and legal implications of underage drinking and the use of fake IDs. This course aims to educate participants on Minor in Possession (MIP) and Fake ID laws, enhancing understanding and changing behaviors to reduce alcohol-related recidivism.
Alcohol Merchant Education
Educates alcohol vendors on responsible service practices, stressing compliance with South Carolina’s alcohol service laws. This course aims to prevent alcohol sales to minors and intoxicated individuals, reducing legal risks and community harm.
Alcohol Related Offenses
Addresses the consequences of alcohol-related legal offenses, promoting awareness. The course aims to reduce repeat offenses through cognitive-behavioral strategies. If alcohol were removed from the equation, the offense would probably not have happened.

My approach to TEP is designed to help students examine the “Poor Choices” they made that led to their traffic citation. It’s understood that they know the rules of driving because they had to pass a written test and road test to get a driver’s license in the first place! So, I focus on “why” the client made the choices they made that resulted in the ticket they were given.
Spanish version of the Traffic Education program, promoting safe driving practices among Spanish-speaking participants.
Examines the dangers and penalties of illegal street racing, including reckless driving, accidents, and criminal charges. Through CBT-based reflection, participants consider the risks to themselves and others and commit to lawful, safe driving behaviors.
Driving the Right Way
Driving the Right Way is a specialized MRT Cognitive-Behavioral workbook designed for programs treating first-time DWI/DUI or impaired drivers. The workbook conforms to most states educational and program requirements. The workbook is also available in Spanish and our new staff member (Rose), will be available to translate for all Good Success Diversion Courses. This is for clients who’ve had their DWI charge pled down to a lesser charge. The cost of this 4 week virtual course will be $400 and available in the evenings and on weekends. Clients can log in from anywhere, but MUST have their camera on at all times to receive credit for the course and they cannot be driving or operating any other equipment. And the client must agree to abstain from alcohol or any other mood altering substance(s) during the four week course. “Driving The Right Way” is an awesome value for those clients who qualify for this lower level of care. Failure to Stop for a Blue Light
Examines South Carolina’s law requiring drivers to stop for law enforcement. Participants explore the dangers of fleeing, including escalation, accidents, and severe penalties. Using CBT, they reflect on fear-based decision-making and learn safer, lawful responses to encounters with police.
Covers the serious penalties of leaving the scene of an accident under South Carolina law. Participants explore the ripple effects on victims, families, and communities, while developing the skills to take responsibility, respond appropriately in emergencies, and rebuild personal accountability.

Intimate Partner Violence (IPV)
This course is designed for individuals whose charges were reduced from DV, but all parties involved recognize the situation was Domestic/IPV-related.
Cost: $100 for the 4 week course; $200 for the 8 week course, and $300 for the 12 week course
Format: Weekly phone call or Zoom session to monitor safety issues and progress on assignments. Necessary Requirement/Commitment: Client must agree to abstain from all mood-altering substances including alcohol, for the duration of the course.

This service is tailored to help clients develop a continuing care plan that includes Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals. It provides a platform for clients to verbalize their commitment to positive change, reinforcing the lessons learned in our courses and ensuring that they can apply these insights practically in their daily lives. This service can be a stand-alone option or an add-on to other courses, depending on the case manager’s recommendations and the client’s specific needs.
Trx Coaching XL (Transformation Coaching XL)
What is it? Trx Coaching XL includes four 30-minute phone coaching sessions and is priced at $200.00. Why it matters: The added fee isn’t just a charge—it’s a therapeutic intervention in itself. It reinforces the CBT principle of graduated consequences following repeated law enforcement contact. It also mirrors best practices in substance use care: when a client is unsuccessful at a lower level of care, we step them up to a higher level—Trx Coaching XL. Use it how you see fit!
